tryvillora.com (the "Site") is operated by Gold Angels Agency LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("Villora", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what choices you have.
By using the Site or placing an order, you consent to the practices described here. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
We sell to customers in the United States only.
1. Information We Collect
(a) Personal Information.
- Order information: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, and phone number, collected when you place an order.
- Payment information: your payment card or account details, collected and processed by our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Support information: anything you send us by email or contact form, including the content of your message.
- Marketing information: your email address and, where provided, your first name, when you opt in to receive our emails.
(b) Technical and Usage Information. Your IP address, device identifier, browser type and version, operating system, internet service provider, referring URL, the pages you view, how far you scroll, how much of our video you watch, and the time and duration of your visit. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not ask for and do not want your health information. Please do not send us details of your medical conditions, diagnoses, medications, or test results. If you need to know whether our product is right for you, speak with your physician or pharmacist. If you send us health information anyway, we will use it only to answer your message and will delete it when the matter is closed.
2. How We Use Information
- to process, fulfil, and ship your order, and to handle returns and refunds;
- to send transactional messages such as order confirmations, shipping notices, and refund confirmations;
- to respond to your questions and provide customer support;
- to send marketing emails about our products, where you have opted in and can unsubscribe at any time;
- to measure and improve the performance of the Site, our advertising, and our customer experience;
- to detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and security incidents; and
- to comply with our legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and consumer protection requirements.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
We share information with the following categories of recipients, limited to what each needs:
Payment processors and third-party retailers, to take payment, process refunds, and prevent fraud. Where you purchased through a third-party retailer, that retailer is a separate controller of your order data under its own privacy policy;
Our fulfilment partner, ShipOffers, to pack and ship your order and provide tracking;
Shipping carriers, to deliver your order;
Email service providers, to send transactional and marketing email;
Customer support tools, to manage and respond to your enquiries;
Hosting and checkout providers, including our funnel and checkout platform, to run and secure the Site;
Analytics, video, and advertising providers, including Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), Meta (Meta Pixel and Conversions API), and Vidalytics, as described in our Cookie Policy;
Affiliate networks, where your order was referred by a partner, to attribute the referral;
Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where reasonably necessary.
We may also disclose information to law enforcement, courts, or regulators where legally required or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; in a business transfer, if all or part of our business or assets is sold, merged, or acquired, in which case customer information may be one of the transferred assets and will remain subject to this policy or a materially similar one; and to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our customers, or the public.
4. Where Information Is Stored
Information we collect is transferred to and stored on servers located in the United States, operated by our hosting and service providers.
5. How We Protect Information
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, and alteration, including encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting internal access to people who need it to do their job.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We have no control over the security of third-party sites you may reach from links here. If you use a shared or public computer, close your browser when you have finished.
6. How Long We Keep Information
We keep order and transaction records for as long as necessary to fulfil the order, handle returns and refunds, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, which is typically at least four years after your last purchase.
We keep marketing contact information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and we keep a suppression record of unsubscribed addresses indefinitely so that we do not email you again by mistake.
We keep support correspondence for as long as it is useful for handling your enquiry and any follow-up. We may retain anonymised or aggregated information indefinitely, since it can no longer be linked to you.
7. Your Choices and Rights
All visitors. You can:
unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any marketing message or at tryvillora.com/unsubscribe;
ask us to correct information we hold about you that is inaccurate;
ask us to delete the information we hold about you, subject to records we are legally required to keep;
manage cookies through your browser settings, as described in our Cookie Policy.
To exercise any of these, write to support@tryvillora.com from the email address you used to order, or include your order number, so we can locate your records. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request. We do not charge for this and we will not treat you differently for asking.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; the right to request deletion; the right to request correction; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising; the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, which we do not collect; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of the Meta and Google advertising cookies described in our Cookie Policy may qualify as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law. To opt out, block advertising cookies in your browser or use the opt-out tools in our Cookie Policy, or write to support@tryvillora.com with "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the subject line. Our site does not yet respond automatically to Global Privacy Control signals, so please use one of these options.
You may designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf; we will ask for proof of authorisation.
Under the earlier California Shine the Light law, you may also request information about personal information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. We are required to answer one such request per person per year.
Residents of other US states. Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comparable privacy laws have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising. Use the contact details above and tell us which state you reside in. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word "Appeal", and we will reconsider and respond within the period required by your state's law.
Response times. We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, which we may extend once by a further 45 days where necessary, telling you why.
8. Do Not Track
There is no common industry standard for interpreting "Do Not Track" browser signals, so we are not able to respond to them consistently. Our site does not yet respond automatically to Global Privacy Control signals either, but you can control cookies directly through your browser settings.
9. Children
The Site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to support@tryvillora.com.
10. Visitors Outside the United States
We sell and ship only within the United States, and the Site is directed at United States residents. If you access it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be signalled on the Site. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
